I have been working in some capacity since I was 10 years old and have been fortunate to do business in over 70 countries across roles in consultancies and multinationals.  My passion has always been how to help businesses grow, solve truly complex problems and build teams to overcome big hairy challenges.  I have learned many things along the way about leadership and made many mistakes in my pursuit of becoming a better business leader.
